Change of mind or size swap returns
All returns/exchanges must have been purchased at full price within the last 30 days and returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition (ie. not worn outside or for long periods). Discounted items are only available for exchange and store credit for change of mind.

Please return the items in all original packaging, including paper in between the shoes in the box as it was when you received them. If the product shows any signs of wear or damage (such as soiling on the soles or significant marks/creasing on the leather), we cannot resell them and the return will not be accepted. We recommend trying your shoes on a clean and/or carpeted surface to be sure of your size before wearing them outside or for any length of time.

 

Upon receipt of your returned products, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods (minus shipping) providing they meet the conditions for return. For items purchased at a discounted price we offer exchange or store credit. Please do not write or use tape on the product box as this is considered part of the product.

 

All returns from Australia and New Zealand for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, however, exchanged goods will be sent back free of charge.

International returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, and exchanged goods will incur a cost of $40 for postage back to the customer.

Discounted and Sale Items
Items that are not purchased at full price are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange only for change of mind.

Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30 day return period or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn please contact us.

If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.

Return and Exchange Postage
We cover the initial postage for your order for purchases over $100 and ask you to cover the postage for returns. We will cover the postage for a second pair of shoes to be posted out to you after you have returned them and require you to cover any subsequent postage for returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
