Christmas Delivery cut-off period
To ensure that your purchase arrives on or before Christmas, orders must be placed on our website before the 12th December for NT and WA orders or the 15th December for the rest of Australia using standard post. For express post, orders must be placed by the 19th December for all of Australia. For New Zealand orders must be placed by 5th December.
These date includes a few buffer days though there are no guarantees orders will arrive in time. We highly recommend placing your order as early as possible, giving your gift the best chance to arrive on time.
We will continue to ship orders until the 24th December, however, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. We also cannot take responsibility for delays to customs clearance timings (if applicable) in specific regions.

Extended Christmas Return
For purchases made after 13th November 2023, customers will have up until the 12th of January 2024 to request a return. Returns must reach our warehouse or retail store on or before Friday, 19th of January 2024.
Please visit our Delivery and Returns page and carefully read the full Terms and Conditions. Return requests can only be processed and approved if return conditions are adhered to.
Our office opening hours during the Christmas period as follows:
- 25th to 1st January 2024 – Offices are closed with limited email support
- 2nd of January 2024 - Resume normal business hours.
