Shipping on orders over $100, within Australia, are free. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Shipping to New Zealand is $30 AUD.
Description

Where possible please include the colour, size and style of the boots you are sending to us in the order notes when checking out. Post your boots back to us at 31-33 Best Street, Fitzroy North, VIC 3068 with your contact details once you have ordered this item.

Resoling takes approximately 5-6 weeks from the date we receive your Duckfeet. On occasion this time frame can be extended due to; an influx of resole orders or the complexity of the job. During the month of January our resole team will be on leave until the last week of the month, please keep this in mind when sending shoes towards the end of the year.

PLEASE NOTE: All shoes will be assessed on their suitability once received. Extra charges may incur if your shoes need extra attention.

Our soles are 100% natural crepe rubber. Please email any inquiries you may have to us at info@thenaturalshoestore.com.au.

Thanks for a brilliant job. My favourite shoes are as good as new. These shoes go everywhere many times a week and have done so for more than 7 years and now they are ready for another 7. A wonderful service and attention to detail also fixing some loose stitching.

what a fantastic option it was to be able to have my most favorite pair of Duck feet shoes resoled after 3 years of almost daily wear and 2 overseas walking trips in them. The process was so easy and painless. I have received my
shoes back and they look like new again, so happy.
Ps loved the little note from the person that repaired them as well, very personal service which is so rare to find. Big 110 out of 10 from me.

Firstly I want to thank you all , I can’t believe after three years you were still looking after my duck feet I have two pairs the same and ware them every day dressed up or not I LOVE them . I am saving up to buy a pair of Grena and Frederica. Thank you again Helen xx

Best boots ever!!!

I have 3 pairs of duck feet shoes , I love them all!
I find it really difficult to send them off for resoles as they are literally part of me. The only shoes I wear! I just got my old boots back from a resole, they are like walking on clouds!
Thank you so much for your friendly service. Everyone I have ever spoken too at duck feet have been so lovely and helpful. Every delivery has come with a special hand written note . A fabulous company ! Amazing products !
