Vivobarefoot Motus Flex Womens

Didn’t realise how much normal shoes impact mind muscle connection until I started wearing these. Every lower body exercise feels so much more engaged with the target muscle. I also do a lot of mobility work so these have been great instead of taking my shoes off. I purchased a 37, I’m a size 7.5 women’s, it’s a tight fit which I don’t mind for this style as the fabric and mesh is quite flexible. However if you want extra room ensure you stick to the size guide (I’m technically a size 38 in vivobarefoot size guide)

I bought the Vivobarefoot Motus Flex Women’s from The Natural Shoe Store and I’m really impressed. They’re great barefoot shoes, perfect for the gym, basic weights and bodyweight training. I also like the quick-lace system, the breathable design and how comfortable they are for short hikes and walking.

I’m usually a UK 6, EU 40, but the size guide suggested a 39 and it fits perfectly. Shipping was super fast and the service was excellent. I’ve already bought two pairs from The Natural Shoe Store and would happily buy again. Highly recommend!

I’m very impressed with the service n delivery. The shoe is true to size but for me still requires insoles due to my high arch. I’m very happy with the quality and fit.

Great for reformer Pilates and yoga

The shoes are fabulous and light and look really cool. They fit like a glove and feel better than my previous cheaper ones if that's at all possible.
